It’s a Sketch plugin that is automatically installed with the Overflow app. It is needed for you to sync Sketch artboards to Overflow.
Overflow also integrates with Adobe XD, Figma, and Adobe Photoshop.
You can manage integrations from Overflow> Preferences> Integrations.
