There are two ways to remove a reviewer from the publication.
You can select the “Sharing” tab from the Editor window under the publication modal. You can click on the “X” from the list of available Reviewers to remove them. The removed Reviewers will no longer have access to the publication.
Similarly, through the Dashboard, you can visit the publication settings and remove a reviewer from the “Sharing tab”.
