Overflow documents can be shared through Shares on the Overflow Dashboard. All Shares can be managed from your Overflow Dashboard. A Share essentially includes the Interactive Presentation and is accompanied by a Share link, which you can send to others. It also includes a version history of the Overflow document. Share links will open the Presentation in a web player. You can access the Share modal from the Share menu, or using shortcut Cmd + Alt + S in the Editor of the Overflow app.
When creating a new Share you can give it a title, pick the cloud folder to save it in (along with the organization if you have more than one), enable or disable comments, and protect it with a passphrase.
When you first start using Overflow, your Overflow Dashboard has one folder named "<firstname> shares". You have the option to create new folders (private, shared with everyone, or shared with specific people), by clicking on "Manage Folders...".
Every Share you create or edit has the following information in the Share modal.
You see the Title, passphrase protection, when it was last updated and by whom, which folder it's in, and the Share link. You can copy the Share link to clipboard and also copy the Embed code.
Finally and most importantly, you can update the Share with new changes. Clicking on "Manage..." will take you to the specific Share settings page on the Cloud.
