- Overflow is now a paid product. The Overflow beta desktop app will stop working and you'll need to upgrade to Overflow 1.0. You are entitled to a 14-day full-featured trial.
- You now have to sign in to Overflow (both desktop app and Cloud) with the same credentials. If you previously had an Overflow beta Cloud account, you should use those credentials for signing in.
- You will still be sharing Overflow presentations through the Cloud
- There is the concept of a Share. It is saved on the Cloud and includes the Share link through which an Overflow presentation can be shared and previewed, as well as the source Overflow document itself and all version history.
- You can create multiple Shares for your Overflow documents. You can update any one of those Shares.
- Shares can be organized in Folders (from the Dashboard)
- Shares can be managed on the Dashboard
- Folders can be either accessed only by you, by the whole team or by specific people.
- There is the concept of an Organization, whose members share Overflow Cloud space enabling collaboration.
- There is the concept of People of an organization: users with an Overflow account, who can have one of 3 roles: Owner, Admin, and Contributor.
- An Overflow subscription is tied to an Overflow organization and is based on the number of user seats (i.e. People) needed.
