Sharing your work with peers and stakeholders is a crucial part of communicating your work, in order to receive actionable feedback. There are three ways to do this in Overflow, summarized in the video below:
- Via publication link: The most popular and time-efficient way to share your work. After saving your document on Overflow Cloud you get a publication link you can share with anyone, either internally within your organization, or externally. External reviewers don't need to have Overflow installed to be able to see the link's contents. Overflow allows you to update your publication links with the latest changes anytime or generate new publication links as many times as needed.
Note: From Overflow 2.0, you can only share cloud documents. If you already have a local document you want to share, you can easily save it as a cloud one and publish it.
- In PDF / PNG format: In case you are looking for a file, you can attach it to an email or upload it to an online database, exporting your diagram in PDF or PNG format is possible with Overflow. Simply choose the format and the export scale you need to proceed.
- By printing and stitching: A more traditional way of sharing, still applicable in many corporate environments. Overflow allows you to print your diagram on any size of paper and in any orientation you prefer, so you can stick the print-outs on a meeting wall room or any other surface.
